Your pages can have text, pictures and menu bars like those on either side for links and other features. It can also incorporate a blog if you want one and you can manage the site by yourself or as part of a team.
There’s no need for anyone to learn Front Page, Dreamweaver, or even html code. But there’s plenty of scope for those who do know the techie stuff too.
